AHPI SHINE Labs is a collaborative initiative between AHPI and Ebekmed designed to strengthen clinical capability and workforce readiness across India’s healthcare ecosystem. Built on the shared vision of advancing quality, safety, and patient-centered care, the platform enables hospitals and healthcare professionals to adopt continuous, competency-driven learning as a standard of practice. The initiative delivers impact through three integrated core offerings: Certified Online Clinical Competency Courses for flexible, standardized upskilling; Hands-on Workshops (Face-to-Face) that translate learning into real-world clinical proficiency; and Co-Skill Hubs—state-of-the-art skills and simulation labs that hospitals can access as dedicated training infrastructure for immersive, hands-on, and competency-based learning.
